Leonard started Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Reiki and Alchemy with Anthony many years ago while he was studying in the Management Program at HEC. It has reconnected him to his body, helped ground his energy, and evolve emotionally and spiritually.

He got involved in the management of IKRA Center and realised the great potential alternative approaches have in the healing and helping of both individuals and businesses. He is currently the assistant manager of IKRA Center, a certified Reiki master, and a teacher of Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
