Prenatal Yoga gives future mothers the chance to cultivate a profound consciousness of the changes that occur during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga helps improve flexibility, and develops the confidence and calmness necessary in the face of such changes. It also aids in creating a stronger bond with ones baby.

Mother-baby Yoga is perfect for mothers wishing to reenergize and to reconnect with their bodies in a gentle manner while spending precious time bonding with their baby. The course consists of simple breathing exercises and gentle stretching which releases tension and strengthens the body.
